How delivery is arranged
In-stock items are packed and dispatched once your order is confirmed. For custom hair solutions and consultation-led purchases, the PORSH team will confirm the delivery details directly with you before dispatch.
Delivery areas, times and fees
We deliver across Nairobi and nearby areas, with typical in-stock delivery within 1–3 working days depending on your location and stock availability. Fees vary by area, and Westlands collection is available by appointment.
